Publisher's Blurb
Belly Rave is hell, but for a brainwashed boy, an angry girl and an out-of-work impressario Belly Rave is home. And as failing lawyer Charles Mundin soon discovers, its putrid sewers and savage alleys are heaven compared to the depravity and corruption of the ‘civilized’ world outside.

A story of an amoral America in the grip of corporate tyranny, Gladiator-at-Law is a terrifyingly believable vision of our future.

FREDERIK POHL is one of the great names of science fiction, active in the field as writer and editor since 1940 and the author of numerous novels and short stories. C.M. KORNBLUTH was the bureau chief in a Chicago news agency until 1951, when he took up fiction writing full time. He died in 1958 at the age of 36. Pohl and Kornbluth started writing short stories together in 1940 and their collaborations include the renowned Space Merchants, Search the Sky and Wolfbane. Frederik Pohl lives in Chicago.
